This Cookie Policy explains how Gather Software, LLC ("Gather," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at usegather.cloud and related subdomains (the "Sites"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Privacy Policy.

Does Gather Use Cookies?

Yes. We use both session and persistent cookies, set both by Gather (first-party) and by third-party providers. The third-party services we use include Google Analytics, Contentsquare (Hotjar), HubSpot, Calendly, Stripe, and Supabase. The specific cookies and their names may change over time, and we update this Policy on a reasonable-efforts basis.

How We Use Cookies

• Strictly necessary — enable core functionality such as security, authentication, and remembering your consent choices.
• Performance and analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Sites so we can improve them.
